    Emma and the team could not be more supportive or positive when it comes to your comfort, your education and your progress. They "kick" started my journey into a more active life and have stuck with me through everything in the last 2 years. What an amazing group of women!

    This gym seems super cool and I have no doubt that it is. Unfortunately I went off of the hours of operation off google and went when it says it’s open. It wasn’t and won’t be until after 4. I travelled an hour and a half on the bus and then walked 20 minutes to get here because I really wanted to check it out! At least I still got in a workout aha.
