  Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable, but pillows were too fluffy. Bar/restaurant was booked for a NYE party and they were very rude to hotel guests looking to get a drink...told we could get a drink, but must leave the premises with it, which would have been fine had we been told at check in, when we asked about the hours of the onsite restaurant/bar for NYE, that there was a party and we would not be allowed. Otherwise good stay, good area.

  One of the best experiences I have ever has when dealing with a Hotel. The customer service is phenomenal and won't be let down! I tried to book through using my miles on Aeroplan and the website would not allow me to do so, however the hotel was able to find an alternative method so I may be able to use my miles. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel as not only the customer service is by far the best I have experienced, but because it is also clean, and kept up to date. The heater in the room was broken, next minute I found myself in a brand new room free of charge! Again, amazing customer service delivered by this hotel and magnificent facility. Only downside to my trip was the pool was not opened, it had been going under renovations.

  Had to unexpectedly stay the night in London due to weather, this was the first hotel to pop up for a dog friendly hotel so we booked it. Checking in was quick and easy and the room was great. Very clean and spacious. The only thing I have to say was the dog deposit is a little steep adding an extra 50 dollars on to an already 150 dollar room made it an expensive night. And we were on the ground floor at the very back of the hotel, we went out with our dog and there was a guy riding his bike around asking for cigarettes and was very sketchy that kind of freaked up out. But other then those two things can't really say too many bad things! I'm very picky with hotels and I would stay here again for sure!

  Room was really nice. Bedding on the pull out couch was disgusting though. Nobody enforces the rules at the pool. It was a hockey tournament weekend and the kids there were out of control. Can't really pin that on the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Fresh omelets to order so you're not stuck eating scrambled eggs made in a bag.

  We go here weekly for the buffet breakfast. Great prices, even better service. The staff is always kind and courteous. Food is great, well cooked and plenty of healthy options. There is also plenty of free parking in front or rear.
