  I was greeted as soon as I walked in and although no one was at the cash right away to serve me because they were busy with cleaning I was asked if I’d made up my mind or had any ideas about what I was getting. A man came to the counter and took my order and my food was ready a few minutes later. It was my first time eating here and I definitely will again. Excellent service, fantastic food, probably the best burger I’ve ever had!

  My first visit to Five Guys tonight, December 6, 2017. I would say if you are looking for a good burger and don't have the time to go sit down at The Works then Five Guys is your destination. Price was $15.25 for a regular burger (two patties for those that have not visited yet) and a bag full of fries (medium size). Way too many fries for the average person to eat alone. On a positive note if you are going with two people a medium fry is MORE than enough for both so you can save a few bucks there. At first glance it may seem expensive but the burgers are real beef, formed in store, not processed beef. I prefer this any day over the processed burgers served at other 'burger joints'. All toppings are included in the price of your burger as well, including jalapeno peppers, mushrooms, A1 sauce and other options. This will be my new burger destination unless I am downtown London and have the time to visit The Works.

  Staff seemed to be upset that a customer dare I teruot them. Food was rushed burger was under cooked and ended up in the trash. I would recommend you save your money and go to another fast food place as these guys are over priced and there is nothing special about the food and as I said the staff are more interested in other things then their customers..... I will never ever eat at a Five guys again anywhere.

  Noticed that the burger quality has slipped down a bit when compared to the year they opened up at this location but still way better than Mcdonald's and nothing too bad about it. At least in my experience. And that's what franchises are for.

  The grilled "sandwich" is just an inside out hamburger bun with cheese. It's rather unappetizing.
