  My fiance recently had the misfortune of having to deal with the home inspector recently engaged to do a home inspection on a property listed by Andrea Callon. The agent that was present for the inspection as well as the inspector, were nothing less than unprofessional, calling them rude would be kind. Anyone who intends to do business with this realty firm may want to keep our experience in mind.

  I have been trying to contact Ev Threadgould to tell her I don't want her as my agent anymore because we do not have the same vision on what my wants and needs are for a home. An example of her poor service would be that she expected me to drive 3 hours to see three homes - two of which she admitted would not be in my price range and one that she knew was not what we were looking for - the tactic was (I believe) to make me settle on a home I did not want by "proving" I there was nothing else - very underhanded. Apparently known as such a nice person within the real estate world, why wouldn't she just respond to me then and release me? She won't even tell me when the contract ends. I have not given her a lot of time to respond but in the past she has responded to me quickly so I know she has my messages and emails. When she wouldn't respond I contacted the broker Ryan Hodge and informed him that I was very stressed out and very unhappy and wanted the release. Rather than work with me he informed me I was in breach of my contract (which was never explained to my husband or myself) because I have a family member looking for a house for me. He hung up on me. I do not recommend using this company. When the broker hangs up on you and won't give you a release OR the date that the contract is to, it is a good indicator that the company is very desperate for sales.
