    Ordered 3 buddy burgers. Didn't put onions in them. (I ordered them to go) i came back in and asked about my onions.. "oh we ran out of grilled onions"... maybe say that BEFORE you sell me what I ordered. Zero stars.

    Horrible service. Unprofessional employees. Inconsistent food. I have never experienced this kind of service at A&W. Management should be ashamed leaving such a well respected, reputable establishment in this condition. I've been to this location twice, it's clearly lacking in training. The girl at the cashier was constantly socializing, joking, laughing, texting, and distracting the one cook in the back. It was absolutely unacceptable how unprofessional they both were. I ordered one thing, I was the only person there. My sweet potato fries arrived fast, but that's because they were undercooked, still crunchy, and unseasoned. I will not be back.

    The food was good, and the guy at the counter told me to forget about paying 5 extra cents as I was scrounging my wallet to find some.
