  Nice decor. Crab cakes were 4 round M+M deep fried balls of slightly grey crab. Not "bad" but a very long way from crab cakes. Excellent side salad. Service was perfunctory once the three of us decided on no wine. I should have tipped 5% not 15%. My fault.

  Out with the lads (4 of us) for dinner. Wonderful atmosphere, excellent food, and the impressive Kelly looking after us, all made for a great evening. Crab cakes and wild boar perogies for starters were a real insight to the quality to come. Two of us had the strip loin, plus one lamb shank, and the duck - glowing reviews from everyone. The craft ales were rated highly, but can't end without praising the service from Kelly - she was more than willing to interact, but not over attentive or pushy. A very relaxing tasteful experience. Safe to say we'll be back - sorry Kelly.

  Excellent service from Kelly. She made our experience memorable. Food was excellent. Crab cakes had hardly any filler, full of crab. Delicious! The duck was awesome. Definitely a great dining experience.

  I liked it! The food was good and original. The big room in the basement is nice for conferences and large groups.

  I really enjoy The Springs. I've been here for events held in the basement and for a meal on the main floor. Next in line to only one or two restaurants, this place gives you a very fresh and professional experience.
