    We have two very large storage units at Forest City Storage on Bradley and the customer service has been nothing less than amazing! It was the one shining beacon of happiness in our otherwise very difficult move! We thank them very, very much and will recommend them to everyone we know!

    Recently had to move to a larger storage unit. They walked me through the process and even gave me extra time to move the goods keeping both units for an extra day.

    Very positive experience! Jilaine was so nice and extremely helpful. I've never rented a storage unit before and she explained everything and took me through a trial run showing me how to access the facility and unlock and lock the storage unit ... couldn't have been simpler. Appreciate the great customer service!
