    I just recently purchased a iphone from virgin and the customer service there was excellent! The employee named Jeffrey was extremely helpful and gave us such a good deal. I'm not the best with phones and can sometimes find it hard to understand which deals are better, but he made sure to give us the best! He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to but most importantly he stayed AFTER his shift to continue helping us. Thank you very very much for the amazing service, I am so happy with my purchase. I will most definitely be back in the future.

    Curtis, the employee who helped me get set up with my new phone and plan, made the experience a memorable one. He presented himself well, was transparent, and informed me on all that Virgin had to offer - all while being respectful and professional. I’m throroughly happy with my experience with the Curtis and Virgin Mobile as a whole. For an industry that has a bad reputation for their customer service, employees like Curtis are making a change for the better.
