  Recent renovations make this store competitive with Loblaws, great ready made food and lots of fresh produce. Prices are on the higher end, but they are a bit higher quality. Seating area if you want to eat in. Staff is friendly and the place is not too busy. It used to be 24/7 but I feel like that has recently changed, call to check.

  Great place to shop. Always clean, with fast friendly service. Lots of parking. Food is always fresh and they have lots of ideas for meals. Fresh fish and meat along with a bakery and deli meats and cheeses. If you are look for quick lunch this is the place with there hot selection counter. It has everything from sandwiches, wraps and pizza to roast beef and potatoes. Don't forget a side salad.

  Great grocery store. Friendly staff. Clean, fresh, and full produce section. Meat prices are typically unjustly high compared to discount brands. Offer student discounts which is a huge plus as well. I would recommend to anyone.

  It's always clean, with plenty of products to choose. Between organics or healthy products, I feel this place has many options for the entire family. Love the bakery and the healthy aisle.
