  I travel a lot and always have had great experience with Robert Q. The shuttles always leave on time with comfortable seats and competent drivers. Parking is free for dropping off or picking up travellers. Staff are polite and friendly. There is a travel agency in the same building.

  I WAS a frequent customer from London to Pearson and return as I fly over 100k a year. I recently experienced the most horrendous customer service experience at the Toronto Pearson Terminal 1 counter on Jan 5. I have the lady’s name but will not post it. I also received the same disregard for customer relations over the phone when I called the London office. If someone wises to contact me about this they may and honesty should! I have never experienced anything like this in all my travels and I believe this should be addressed as I’m sure this isn’t the 1st and only instance.

  Good service and very precise on timing. Nice bus with large seat and big trunk for luggage. Clean restroom and free wifi at the waiting room. Convenient to go to Toronto airport, Detroit airport from London. Just ticket was quite pricey.

  My trip was to Toronto airport from London I asked for front seat beside the driver. The driver told me that in winter he does not allow passenger at the front seat, but he calls out one of the people who board the bus with who was sitting behind talked to him for few seconds ouside the bus and next thing I know he sits beside the driver. I felt very discriminated with the driver behaviour. The driver name is Bernie.

  They strictly follow their schedule to start towards toronto pearson airport. Helpful InSite customer service representatives. Convinenint Tim Hortons adjacent to their parking lot.
