    My grandmother decided to book a ticket through here to come to my graduation. It should have taken 20 minutes. She was stuck there for over 2 hours. The man helping her was rude. And, most importantly, it ended up costing her $80.00 more than it would have if she had just let my mom do it. On the positive side, the manager is very nice.
